Jean-Paul Terpstra is a Dutch designer with a background as an art director in the advertising world. With years of experience as a creative in the advertising world, Jean-Paul was always looking for innovation and development in the profession. For example, he was responsible for the production of one of the very first commercial websites in the world, when the internet was still in its infancy. In 2006, together with two partners, he started the world's first advertising agency called Co Unlimited, which worked entirely online.
After several successful years and a merger further on, Jean-Paul decided to slow down and took some time off to run a B&B in his hometown of Amsterdam. But blood is thicker than water, and he soon felt the urge to get creative again. He decided to follow his love of art and design and focus on honest artisanal craftsmanship with beautiful and unique products. All made by hand and with an eye for detail.
